How to choose a consultation format
We offer four consultation formats, and one of the most common questions from clients is what the difference is between them and which format is best for their situation.
In short, the logic is this: If you first need to simply understand the essence of the issue, figure out whether there is a problem at all, and determine what format of work you need next, a free consultation is appropriate.
If you already have a specific request and want to quickly receive a professional, structured, and practical analysis without a written opinion, an oral consultation is suitable.
If you need more than just a discussion, but rather to develop a comprehensive strategy, calculate the consequences, obtain a written conclusion, and a clear action plan, you need an expert analysis.
If you've accumulated a complex background over several years, have old mistakes, declarations, companies, multiple countries, unclear flows, controversial actions, or need a complex international setup with a research approach, then a comprehensive strategic audit is needed.
It's important to understand that we work with more than just taxes. Our approach is always comprehensive. We consider the entire case: taxes, migration, residence permits, business structure, holding decisions, payments, dividends, salaries, investments, real estate, banking logic, corporate packaging, international risks, and strategy for several years to come.
All consultations are held online, typically via Google Meet. The system automatically detects time zones, so you don't need to worry about that. Further communication, depending on the format, can be done via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messenger convenient for you.
Confidentiality and NDA
We take confidentiality very seriously. We sign NDAs where necessary and devote the utmost attention to protecting client information.
Convenient communication
We work online, and provide further support via WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messenger convenient for you.
Convenient payment method
Payment can be made either through the website or via a pre-agreed payment method. If necessary, payment can be made via an invoice to the company through a manager.
Responsible employee
For each case, we assign a responsible employee who oversees the process, maintains the project's flow, and ensures that no questions are lost.
1. Free consultation
A free consultation is a short, introductory meeting where we discuss your needs, understand your situation, and help you determine the best approach to your needs.
This isn't a formal call or just general statements. During a free consultation, we answer basic questions, revealing nothing and being honest about whether you have a problem, how serious it is, and what direction you should be taking.
If the conversation reveals that you don't have a serious risk or that the issue can be resolved easily, we'll let you know. If the case requires more in-depth analysis, we'll explain which format is best to pursue and why.
What is this format suitable for?
- understand the essence of the issue;
- figure out if there is a problem at all;
- get an initial referral;
- determine whether a paid analysis is necessary;
- understand what format of consultation to choose next.
What does the client get in the end?
- initial understanding of your situation;
- an honest basic assessment of whether there is a problem or risk;
- understanding which direction to move in next;
- recommendation on a suitable format for further work.
2. Oral consultation
This is a comprehensive, structured consultation for those who already have a rough idea of what they need and want to quickly receive professional answers, logic, calculations, and practical guidance.
We'll thoroughly examine your question, ask clarifying questions, explain the legal, tax, corporate, and immigration implications, provide practical solutions, and, if necessary, provide estimated calculations right during the call.
This format is for those who do not need a large written document, but need a strong, concentrated and useful analysis of the essence.
What we usually analyze
- taxation;
- migration and residence permit;
- country selection;
- personal tax model;
- business structure;
- holding decisions;
- dividends, salaries and payments;
- opening of companies;
- distribution of roles between an individual and a company;
- international translations and the general logic of constructing the structure;
- real estate, investments and general financial architecture.
What is important to understand
During an oral consultation, we provide helpful solutions and specific information, but we do not engage in lengthy audits of large volumes of documents or prepare a written legal opinion.
Even in our verbal consultations, we don't limit ourselves to theory alone. We immediately explain what exactly needs to be done next, what setup options are possible, what practical solutions are available, and, if necessary, prepare a commercial proposal for further implementation.
We don't offer far-fetched recommendations that are impossible to implement. We offer only solutions that are realistically applicable and that we can then help you assemble, configure, support, and deliver results.
What does the client get in the end?
- clear answers to your questions;
- understanding which model or direction suits you;
- basic calculations and guidelines;
- professional position on your situation;
- understanding what can be done and what should not be done;
- practical understanding of next steps;
- If necessary, options for further setup and a commercial proposal for implementation.
3. Expert analysis
This is already a full-fledged strategic work on the case.
An expert analysis is needed when a client needs more than just a verbal discussion of the issue. It's important not only to obtain answers, but also to build a proper model, understand the end goal, calculate the consequences, compare scenarios, and obtain a written conclusion that can be used as a basis for further analysis.
How does an expert analysis proceed?
First online session
Up to 2,5 hours. During the first meeting, we dive deeply into the case, ask lots of questions, gather background information, explore your background, goals, and plans, and immediately begin modeling options.
Work chat
After the meeting, we create a working chat in WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messenger convenient for you, where we continue the discussion, clarify details, request necessary documents, and finalize the case. This allows us to keep track of important details and work more deeply and conveniently. In each chat, you are assigned a responsible employee who coordinates the process, monitors all stages, and helps you stay on track.
Preparing a Legal Opinion
Within 10 days, we prepare a written report. This is a legal opinion, in which we compile the legal, tax, and financial picture, propose strategic model options, describe risks, provide a roadmap, and, if necessary, perform calculations and modeling for several years ahead.
Final call
After you've reviewed the report, we'll hold an additional call of up to 1 hour to answer questions, clarify any contentious issues, and, if necessary, revise the document within the agreed-upon context.
What is included in an expert analysis?
- strategic session;
- work chat;
- written legal opinion;
- basic financial and tax modeling;
- comparison of several solution options;
- additional call regarding the completed report.
And most importantly, following this analysis, we don't leave the client alone with the theory. We immediately explain exactly what needs to be done, what specific setup options are possible, how to implement the chosen model in practice, and, if necessary, prepare a commercial proposal for implementation.
We recommend only solutions that are realistically feasible. If we recommend something, it means we're ready to help you build it, implement it, support it, and, if necessary, maintain it on an ongoing basis.
What cases is it suitable for?
- build a personal or corporate structure in advance;
- choose between several countries, models or payout formats;
- understand how to properly formalize a business, migration, residence permit, sources of income, or ownership structure;
- assess risks based on the current model;
- receive not only an answer, but also a clear written action plan;
- build a comprehensive solution, not a point-by-point one.
What does the client get in the end?
- clear strategy;
- written legal opinion;
- a clear roadmap;
- risk analysis;
- several possible scenarios, if necessary;
- calculations of tax and financial burden;
- understanding how the structure will work not only now, but also in the future;
- practical understanding of how this solution can be implemented;
- if necessary, a commercial proposal for implementation;
- peace of mind that the decision is based not on guesswork, but on logic, numbers and real practice.
4. Comprehensive strategic audit
This is the deepest and most comprehensive format of work.
It is needed in cases where the task is already significantly more complex than a regular consultation or even a standard expert analysis.
For example, when a client already has several years of actions, declarations, companies, transfers, old decisions, non-obvious transactions, questionable logic, multiple countries, multiple income streams, and an overall non-systemic picture that must first be analyzed, verified, recalculated, and only then a new solution can be built.
Or when the project itself is complex by nature: a non-standard business, an international structure, fintech, a holding model, complex migration and tax implications, a research task, or an atypical setup that requires significantly more analysis and modeling.
How does a comprehensive strategic audit work?
First strategic session
Up to 4:00 p.m. This is a large, in-depth meeting where we thoroughly analyze the past and current outline, ask lots of questions, gather facts, and begin to build the overall logic of the future solution.
Work chat
Next, a working chat is created in WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other messenger convenient for you. This is where the main communication on the case takes place, documents are collected, details are clarified, interim conclusions are discussed, and important details are recorded. You are also assigned a responsible employee who will oversee the process, monitor the progress of the case, and help keep everything on track.
Deep analytical work
After this, we begin a full-scale review. This may include an audit of past operations, analysis of returns, tax recalculations, a review of the corporate structure, a review of past payments and flows, an analysis of past errors, a comparison of several future models, the development of a new structure, complex financial modeling, and research on a non-standard case.
Written conclusion
Within up to 14 days, we prepare a comprehensive written report summarizing the analysis, risks, scenarios, calculations, and a detailed strategy.
Additional discussions and calls
This format typically involves more communication than an expert review. It's not a one-call, one-document process. We work until the case is distilled into a clear and agreed-upon model, so both the client and we are clear on what to do next and why.
Here, too, the principle remains the same: we don't offer clients a theoretical or unrealistic framework. We recommend only those models and solutions that can be realistically implemented. If we offer a structure, we can help with its implementation, support, documentation, process setup, and subsequent legal support. If necessary, after the consultation phase, we offer the client ongoing legal support and continue to manage the project.
What cases is it suitable for?
- there is a large past background for several years;
- it is necessary to review and analyze a large number of documents and declarations;
- there have already been mistakes that now need to be corrected;
- there are several companies, countries, banks, assets, types of income;
- a reconstruction of the previous picture is needed;
- a thorough audit and recalculation is required;
- a complex international setup is needed;
- a research and non-standard approach is required;
- The issue cannot be resolved with simple verbal advice or a short written opinion.
What does the client get in the end?
- deep understanding of your past and current situation;
- audit of errors, weaknesses and risks;
- written strategic conclusion;
- calculations and modeling;
- a new working structure or several variants of the structure;
- a detailed roadmap of actions;
- understanding how to implement the chosen solution in practice;
- if necessary, a commercial proposal for implementation;
- confidence that the system is being assembled not for one year, but for the long term;
- peace of mind that the solution can actually be implemented and further supported.
Why do we model the situation 3-4 years in advance?
This is one of the key elements of our work in expert analysis and in comprehensive strategic audit.
Many people only want to understand what the current workload will be. But in reality, this is almost always insufficient.
The first few years after relocating, launching a structure, changing countries, establishing a company, or changing a payment model are a period of adjustment. It is during this period that temporary benefits, transitional regimes, reduced rates, profit withdrawal restrictions, deferred tax consequences, and other factors often come into effect.
Looking at just one year, the picture may seem very favorable. But in the second, third, or fourth year, completely different payments, new obligations, increased burdens, or cash flow gaps may arise that a person isn't prepared for.
That's why we calculate not only the current year but also three to four years in advance. This allows us to see the true economics of the structure, avoid unpleasant surprises, understand how the system will operate after the benefits expire, identify weaknesses in advance, and choose a sustainable model rather than a temporary, attractive one.
Essentially, this is necessary so that the client receives not just a “for now” design, but a truly functional, safe, and applicable design for the future.
What does the client get in the end?
Regardless of the format, our goal is not simply to answer a question, but to provide a person with clarity, logic, and a realistic path to implementation.
- what is the essence of his situation;
- where are the real risks;
- What are the possible solutions?
- what to do next;
- what structure suits him;
- how this will affect taxes, business, migration, assets and personal model;
- how it will work not only now, but also in a few years.
And most importantly, we don't offer recommendations that are impossible to implement. We offer only solutions that are realistically feasible. Moreover, we can help you do just that: assemble the structure, prepare the documents, launch the process, support the implementation, and, if necessary, provide ongoing legal support.
In the end, the client receives not just information, but peace of mind, a clear strategy, a working model, and a team that can not only advise but also bring the solution to fruition.
In short: which format to choose
If you want to understand the issue, assess the problem and determine whether you need a deeper analysis.
If you already have a specific request and need a quick, structured, and professional analysis without a written conclusion, but with clear next steps.
If you need a strategy, written report, working chat, calculations, modeling, and a comprehensive case solution.
If the case is complex, multi-layered, with a large background, past mistakes, multiple countries, declarations, companies, or a non-standard project.
